To promote and provide affordable, high-quality spay and neuter services for pets in order to end companion animal over-population in Eastern Iowa.
Walk-in hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:15 am – 10:00 amTemporary Walk-in Policy for Ear-tip Package for Community Cats:Limited to 1 female per day. If you are unsure of the sex, it counts as a female. A male community cat can come along.
